All Star: This student is going above and beyond. He or she is helping other students and exemplifying what a great role model is. The student always shows respect to his or her classmates and the teacher. He or she is asking questions when needed and is making deeper connections than expected. The student completes their work to its fullest capacity and puts forth all effort. This level is extremely hard to reach as there are requirements that must be achieved at once. When a student does reach this level, they will receive a point on the scoreboard. Once a student has reached five point, he or she will be given the opportunity to choose a prize out of a box. Some of the prizes will consist of pencils, pens, markers, homework passes and lunch with the teacher. Reaching "All Star" is the ultimate goal.
Great Game: This student is trying their best to complete the work and is asking questions. The students may offer assistance but not very often. He or she is beginning to make deeper connections. The student is respectful to his or her classmates.
You scored: This student is asking some questions to try to identify a deeper meaning. He or she is quiet and courteous of others in the educational setting. This student tries hard but has potential to but forth more effort. This student is quiet during work time and is kind to his or her classmates.
In The Game: This level is for the student who is ready to learn and is paying attention to directions or their individual work. He or she completes the work without asking further questions. The student may talk some but is rarely disruptive.
Time Out: This student is showing signs of distraction and is putting forth some effort towards the work. He or she is talking and being disruptive to some of the other students. He or she has been reminded once to stay on task or to quit talking.
Benched: This student has not been on task at all during the lesson and is putting forth little effort into the work. He or she is being extremely disruptive to the majority of classmates and needs to be moved to the back table to work independently.
Fouled Out: This student has showed no effort into the lesson and is being disrespectful to other classmates or the teacher. The student has had several warnings and is now going to the principals office or a call home will be made. The student's behavior has been unacceptable verbally, physically or mentally.
